This Privacy Policy explains what information SudsPick ("we", "us") collects when you use the app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at smallwonderapps@gmail.com.

Who we are

SudsPick is operated by Nicole Lavoie ("SudsPick"). Our address for privacy inquiries is B 531 Brackendale, BC, Canada, V0N 1H0.

What we collect

If you use SudsPick without an account (free tier)

  • We do not require an account. Your task list and streak are stored locally in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to our servers.
  • Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser, and the pages you request for security and abuse prevention.

If you create an account or start a trial

  • Account: email address, a password hash, and authentication session tokens.
  • App data: your saved tasks, task completions, streak history, and settings.
  • Subscription: plan, status, current period end, and Stripe customer/subscription IDs. We do not store your card number — Stripe does.

How we use it

  • To operate the app: sync tasks, calculate streaks, gate Pro features, and process your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and subscription (e.g., trial ending, payment failures).
  • To detect abuse and secure the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers (subprocessors)

  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication.
  • Stripe — payment processing, billing portal, and tax calculation.

Cookies & local storage

  • Authentication tokens (needed to keep you signed in).
  • Local task and streak data for the free tier (stored only in your browser).
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing smallwonderapps@gmail.com. Stripe retains payment records as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email smallwonderapps@gmail.com.

Children

SudsPick is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above.
